Memory Made Studio 

1. Overview

These terms apply to your use of the Memory Made Studio online store and purchases made through our website. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws.

2. Products and personalisation

We create personalised gifts, including mugs, tumblers, water bottles and other gift items. Product images are provided as a guide; colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names and other personalisation details before submitting an order. We will use the information supplied with the order to prepare the product.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability and offers may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted. Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders and cancellations

Please check your order details before completing checkout. Personalised items may enter production soon after an order is placed, so cancellation or changes may not be possible once production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated in our shipping information. Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.

6. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refund requests. Personalised products that have been correctly supplied may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, where permitted by law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Website content, product images and designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Errors and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Memory Made Studio is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
